Tracy Gilman

Asking for support can be scary! Sharing your most candid thoughts and experiences can be even scarier. Add to that dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other challenges, you can feel outright alone. You don’t have to feel alone on this journey, though. Tracy has been working to support others on their mental health journey for 5+ years. She sees adults (19+) and especially enjoys working with women, professionals, and LGBTQ+ folx. She specializes in relationship issues, body image, grief, trauma, navigating gender and sexuality, as well as mood disorders like depression and anxiety.

Her therapeutic approach is holistic and person-centered. Tracy holds specialized training in Brainspotting, EMDR, and Inference Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for the treatment of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. She is a fat-positive, Health at Every Size (HAES) aligned, anti-diet, queer and gender-affirming practitioner.

Tracy’s goal is meeting you where you are on this journey. Together, you will partner to explore goals of well-being. Your relationship will be one of trust, honesty, and safety, where there is zero judgement. As a clinical social worker, she loves problem-solving, and has helped people navigate even complex challenges to meet their needs.
