Tracy Gilman, LIMHP, CMSW, LISW graduated with a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. She sees adults (19+) and especially enjoys working with women, professionals, and LGBTQIA2S+ folx. She specializes in relationship issues, body image, grief, trauma, navigating gender and sexuality, as well depression and anxiety.
Her therapeutic approach is holistic and person-centered. Tracy holds specialized training in EMDR, Brain Spotting (both highly effective for processing trauma) and Inference Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for the treatment of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. She is a fat-positive, Health at Every Size (HAES) aligned, anti-diet, queer and gender-affirming practitioner.
At this time Tracy is on hold accepting additional clients who struggle with active suicidal ideation or are in acute or chronic crisis. She is happy to offer referrals to other providers or clinics, however.
