This website is not the place to share protected health information. Please do not enter insurance details, date of birth, medical history, or descriptions of your health concerns in our forms. Clinical intake and any protected health information are handled separately, through secure, HIPAA-compliant channels, after we connect with you.

- Information you give us. When you use our “Request an Appointment” or “Contact” forms, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, phone number, email address, preferred therapist, and any note you choose to include.
- Basic technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) to keep the site secure and reliable.
- Your display preference. If you switch between light and dark mode, that choice is saved in your own browser. It is not sent to us.
